Anne is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD  with an M.Sc in Human Resource Development. 

She founded Coaching for Mastery™ in 2000 and has worked with numerous teams and individuals as well as training other coaches worldwide.

She is noted for her award winning work with executive women, and is an accredited Assessor/Verifier for the Chartered Management Institute. She also designed 'The Leader’s Journey™' a study into the transitional nature of leadership.

Equally comfortable as a project leader, a team player or working autonomously she  brings a commercial focus and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude to the management and provision of L&D and Coaching services.
