Psychometrics

Every year UK companies spend in excess of £20 million on Psychometric tests. Most public sector and 85% of FTSE 100 companies used them in 2008.  Anne Oberon is qualified by the British Psychology Society to provide independent advice and assessment in a variety of psychometric instruments including:  Myers Briggs (MBTI),  Belbin's Team Roles,  15FQ+, Thomas Kilmann  etc.

Anne founded Coaching for MasteryTM in 2000 and has worked with numerous executives and teams to improve their performance and wellbeing.  She has also trained and supervised other coaches worldwide. She favours a results focused approach employing a blend of established coaching methodologies including:  action learning, Socratic dialogue, skills rehearsal, bookending critical events, high velocity action planning, appreciative inquiry, etc.

Executive Women's Development

Anne Oberon was awarded the Baroness Platt, Award Equal Opportunities Training Award for her work with executive women. She is a regular contributor to Executive Woman magazine and is a speaker at the Gender Equality Forum, Sandhurst.  She has also worked with mixed groups on gender diversity.
